URDC: URBAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENY CORPORATION
The Urban Resources Development Corporation (URDC) is a Philadelphia-based 501c(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to stabilize communities in Germantown, Mt. Airy, and northwest Philadelphia through home repair and rehabilitation. The organization is managed by twelve faith congregations and uses no public funding for its efforts.
URDC has helped hundreds of families in Germantown and its surrounding communities through the rehabilitation of abandoned homes and supporting senior and low-income families pay for exterior home repairs.
